How To Deal With A Bad Judge Bad Judges exist.  We all know they do.  [See Judges as Criminals?]  Very few practicing lawyers are willing or able to expose Bad Judges publicly, for they are at great risk when they must later appear again before the exposed Bad Judge.   Exposure of rotten judicial apples offends and embarrasses the entire judiciary.  When a lawyer, in diligent pursuit of his client's interests, dares stand up to Bad Judges, the "system" locks arms, and seeks to punish or suppress the iconoclastic lawyer.  The system's resistance to admitting the existence of a bad judge can be astounding. Yet someone must stand up to challenge this cancer within the Judiciary.  Bad Judges need to be weeded out.  It is to the fair, competent judges that the following is dedicated.

OUTRAGES: Bad laws, bad decisions, bad judges, bad experts, bad ethics, bad ideas, and other things that are BAD FOR CHILDREN. THESE CASES ARE NOT "TRAGEDIES". THEY ARE OUTRAGES.

The problem of corrupt judges is rampant in the American legal system. Instead of objectivity administering true justice, judges are ruling according to their personal biases and political allegiances. It is truly said that power corrupts. ARIZONA COURTS: Corrupt Arizona Courts - Justice Matters! When Mr. Tripati began to challenge corrupt practices of Maricopa County, he was falsely accused of trying to defraud others in a real estate appraisal for bail bonding scheme. Teresa Archuleta, an employee of the Maricopa County Attorney's Office informed Tripati that he was making waves and needed to back off, otherwise they (Maricopa County) would shut him down and put him out of business. When Mr. Tripati did not back off, and soon thereafter, Gunn McKay, Dean Chatfield, Donald Conrad, and others "manufactured crimes and arrested Mr. Tripati." On June 24, 1992, Dean Chatfield, Donald Conrad, and Gunn McKay, traveled from Arizona to California, entered and search Mr. Tripati's office and "without a court order" seized and removed to Arizona the approximately 150,000 pages of documents which were the collection of evidence gathered against Maricopa County by Mr. Tripati.

Chief Judge Thomas F. Hogan Joins Conspiracy Against Veteran ~ An Habitual Liar Judge Attempts to Cover Up Crimes! Chief Judge Thomas F. Hogan, of the United States District Court in Washington, D.C., has decided to make a whore out of justice, and to "fan the flames of the growing discord across this country against government corruption". He joined the ongoing conspiracy to hide the truth in Case 84-0399, a lawsuit filed by a 100% Service-Connected Disabled Combat Veteran against the Veterans Administration. [Now called the Department of Veterans Affairs.] In that lawsuit, Billy Kidwell, a Disabled Vietnam Combat Veteran, sued the VA for refusing to process his VA Claim for some 14 years. All he wanted was an ORDER from the Court to force the VA to simply make a decision, one way or another. Even if the decision was not favorable to the Veteran at least he could appeal it. Anything was better then just having the case sit, with nothing being done. The U.S. Attorney in Washington, D.C. was representing the Veterans Administration. He was afraid that the VA might lose the lawsuit, because the evidence was clear that the VA HAD sat on the veterans Disability Claim for 14 years, and that the Veteran was entitled to relief in the form of a decision of some kind. So, the U.S. Attorney came up with an illegal scheme to prevail on the lawsuit, by illegally destroying the evidence!

American Legal System Is Corrupt Beyond Recognition, Judge Tells Harvard Law School - By Geraldine Hawkins, March 7, 2003: The American legal system has been corrupted almost beyond recognition, Judge Edith Jones of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, told the Federalist Society of Harvard Law School on February 28. She said that the question of what is morally right is routinely sacrificed to what is politically expedient. The change has come because legal philosophy has descended to nihilism.
