2 10.10.2006 - Preston Dennett: One of the rarest types of UFO encounter is an onboard experience or a face-to-face encounter with an actual extraterrestrial. In my twenty years of UFO investigations, I have uncovered only a handful of these types of very close encounters. Surprisingly, in the vast majority of these encounters, there is little or no conversation between the humans and the aliens. In the cases where there is conversation, it is often one-sided and limited to the extraterrestrials giving platitudes to the frightened witnesses. It’s the same phrase over and over again. What does the Bible say about intelligent life on other
planets? The
Scriptures do not directly address the question of alien beings. The Bible
does not explicitly confirm or deny the existence of intelligent life from
other planets. Although the subject is not addressed explicitly, the Bible
teaches implicitly that the only things He created with intelligence are the
angels, man, and the animals.

The Face on Mars
In July, 1976, Viking Orbiter 1 was acquiring images
of the Cydonia region of Mars as part of the search for potential landing
sites for Viking Lander 2. On 25 July, 1976, it photographed a region of
buttes and mesas along the escarpment that separates heavily cratered
highlands to the south from low lying, relatively crater-free, lowland
plains to the north. Among the hills was one that, to the Viking
investigators scrutinizing the images for likely landing sites, resembled a
face. Owing to the importance of the landing site search, and with a desire
to provide the public with at least one familiar-looking landform amid the
craters and exotic terrains found all over Mars,
an image including the face-like hill was released as part of the Jet
Propulsion Laboratory's public relations effort.

or bruise. The best explanation for the inexplicable, of course, is aliens.

NASA Jumps at Patent for Plasma-Powered UFO Technology. Subrata Roy, an aerospace engineer from the University of Florida, recently submitted a patent application for an aircraft that just happens to come in the shape of a flying saucer. Dubbed a “winged electromagnetic air vehicle,” or WEAV, the battery-powered prototype is designed at less than 6 in. across. Even so, Roy insists that the mini sci-fi mobile could be built full-scale for missions like atmospheric surveillance—and that’s got NASA and the Air Force interested.

Fiber Optics, Supertenacity, and Other Artifacts - from 'The Day After
Roswell': The wire harness seemed to have broken loose from a
control panel and was separated into twelve frayed filaments that looked
something like quartz. When, back at the 509th’s hangar, officers from the
retrieval team applied light to one end of the filament, the other end emitted a
specific color. Different filaments emitted different colors. The fibers - in
reality glass crystal tubes - led to a type of junction box where the fibers
separated and went to different parts of the control panel that seemed to
acknowledge electrically the different color pulsing through the tube.
Using Technology from Alien Civilizations - Is There a Black-Ops Cabal, Even
More Powerful Than Government? The possibility that there are intelligent life forms visiting Earth from outer space is difficult to consider because, if true, it may conflict with our views about the importance of man and the nature of creation. The Phoenix
Lights - 1997 Evidence points to March 13, 1997 as the onset of this
extremely compelling account of various and sundry phenomenal lights which moved
over the state of Arizona. These lights, though referred to as the "Phoenix
Lights," were actually witnessed in at least five other cities. Phoenix has the
distinction as the first Arizona city to report the unknown light sources, which
were initially spotted over Superstition Mountains, east of the city, at about
7:30 PM. The first reports indicated an object of six points of light,
immediately followed by a report of eight connected lights, with a separate
ninth, which moved in unison with the eight. The formation was seen again over
the Gila River just before 10:00 PM. In a matter of minutes, the enormous,
lighted structure had made its way over the southern part of the city of
Phoenix. At this time, literally thousands of people witnessed the object or
objects. It was at this time, that the first photographs and videos were taken.
The final sightings of the night were in Rainbow Valley. Witnesses there
reported a distinct "V" formation. This sighting occurred at about 2:00 AM on
March 14.

The Apollo-11 UFO Incidents
by James Oberg. In Science Digest, the
respected monthly popular science journal, astronomer-author James Mullaney

"the crew of Apollo 11, during the first moon landing, reporting that their

promote the town of Aurora Texas to legendary UFO at Roswell fame. It was
not first time that the Texas Airship had reportedly been seen, nor was it
the last. The significance of the Aurora Encounter is that there was a alien
body left to be studied, along with hundreds of reported sightings of the
same description across the central United States at that time. The Dallas
Morning News carried the story but, as current expectations would have it,
the story was not a headline, nor was it even on page 1.
Triangular UFO Sighting - Peterborough Ontario On the morning of July
5, 2004 at approximately 4:00 a.m. while in Peterborough Ontario Canada my
cousin and I observed a fast moving object pass overhead and then disappear over
an area called Little Lake. A few moments later, we observed a triangle of three
bright lights. We thought it was just the stars at first, but then the lights we
thought were stars began to move. . .

UFO Sighting in Exeter, NH - Again.. It was a bright and sunny
afternoon, about 3:15 p.m., and David was outside preparing his lawnmower. He
had filled the mower with gas, checked the oil, and took a sip from a glass of
water he had poured. When he tilted his head back to get the final sip, through
the bottom of the glass he saw a large cigar-shaped object hovering in the sky.
America West Flight 564 Sighting The lights, which were as bright as
aircraft landing lights, were at an altitude of between 30,000 and 35,000 feet,
and were bright white with a tinge of blue. Captain Tollefson left his seat to
look, and he saw the left to right sequencing lights also. As the lightning
flashed behind the lights, it silhouetted something that to the observers
appeared to be a large, dark, cigar shaped object between 300 and 500 feet in
length, depending on how far away it was.
Sharpstown, Texas UFO Sighted I noticed a very tiny, round, ball shaped object that looked like a typical star in illumination, but not as distinct because it was still daylight. The object was very tiny to the naked eye, no larger than the head of a shirt pin. Owing to its size, I presumed the object to be flying at a very high altitude, much higher than typical passenger jets that fly at 35,000 feet. The speed of the object I judged to be three to four times faster than passenger jets flying at this altitude.
Cash Landrum - Piney Woods Sighting Sometime
between 8:30 and 9:30 pm of December 29, 1980, Betty Cash, Vickie Landrum and
her seven-year-old grandson, Colby Landrum were on their way home to Dayton,
Texas. On that chilly night. they encountered a craft of unknown origin, and
suffered not only emotional trauma, but severe physical injury as well.

EXTRA-TERRESTRIAL EXPOSURE LAW On 16 July 1969, a United States
law was passed called the "Extra-Terrestrial Exposure Law" that made it
illegal for the public to come in contact with extra-terrestrials or their
vehicles. (Title 14, Section 1211 of the Code of Federal Regulations).
Anyone found guilty of such contact could face up to one year imprisonment
as well as a fine of $5000. Also, any individual who had been "exposed"
could be quarantined under armed guard by the NASA administrator without a
hearing.
