Local Modern Hospital, Ambulance Service, Dental Offices, Medical Laboratories
Each county has its' own Hospital and satellite clinics. While neither county is set up for major trauma (Level one or two) the personnel are there - and the equipment is the same. In a pinch (or a major catastrophe) the doctors, nurses and EMT personnel would rapidly come up to speed and make do. Both county hospitals have integral medical laboratories. Both counties have their own EMS service and dental clinics.
