FIRST GRAB GUNS, THEN STALL CARS
Will mobility control follow gun control on the Global Plantation?
By Mike Blair
The SPOTLIGHT has unearthed evidence
to indicate that the U.S. government has developed electronic technology capable
of disabling automobiles and other motor vehicles.
For years, word has spread throughout patriotic groups that the government has
developed technology that would interfere with the electronic ignition systems
of motor vehicles, thus curbing the mobility of Americans. However, the stories
about the rumored technology were generally dismissed as being of little, if
any, substance.
Now, however, some evidence has surfaced to perhaps confirm the stories.
As part of the so-called "New world Order's" draconian plans to
control the American people, it has been rumored that the Environmental
Protection Agency (EPA) has developed a means to decrease the mobility of the
American people and hence their liberty, a further part of the globalists'
scheme that also includes gun control.
POPULATION CONTROL
The theory behind the effort was that "a population on foot is easily
controlled."
According to those concerned with the possible EPA effort, cars built after 1984
would be vulnerable to the technology due to their electronic ignition systems
utilizing microchips.
"When a transmission is made on the frequency of the microchip whole
categories of automobiles could be shut sown," one high-tech specialist
observed.
Even skeptics admitted that such technology was possible to develop but
pooh-poohed the stories that the EPA was in fact in possession of it and that it
was intended for use in a plot to halt the ability of Americans to travel freely
about the country.
The SPOTLIGHT has learned that a group of scientists working at JAYCOR, an
electronics firm in Colorado Springs, Colorado, are perfecting technology that
could be utilized by police to disable the ignition systems of cars fleeing from
a crime scene.
Referred to as an Auto Arrester, in one demonstration the devise as implanted in
a roadway and zapped a car as it rolled over the devise at about 25 miles per
hour. The Auto Arrester was able to overload the car's ignition system with an
electronic pulse, killing the engine, which could not be restarted
Some 20 scientists at the San Diego-based JAYCOR's research and development
facility in Colorado Springs are currently working to perfect the Auto Arrester
and hope to have a prototype for sale to police departments in about a year,
according to one of the scientists, Haz Hutmacher.
JAYCOR is an advanced technology company that is deeply involved in the defense
industry, as well as government electronics and communications.
According to JAYCOR officials it is hoped the Auto Arrester will allow them to
diversify into the civilian sector, providing the devises for police departments
across the nation.
What isn't clear is whether JAYCOR or some other company has advanced the
technology under U.S. government contract to the point where large numbers of
cars over a wide area can be disabled.
The Auto Arrester consists of two wires -positive and negative leads -and a
small device that contains capacitors and charging circuitry. It is activated by
a switch on a controlling system that is kept by law enforcement personnel.
The technology, according to scientists, has been around for some years but cost
has been a factor in keeping it from the civilian sector.
"There is no reason to believe anymore that forces may be at work within
our government to control our mobility," one researcher told The SPOTLIGHT.
"Certainly," he concluded, "after controlling our means to defend
ourselves by eliminating the force of the Second Amendment protecting our right
to keep and bear arms, the next step would likely be some means to control our
ability to travel and keep closer track of our everyday lives and
activities."
